Privacy policy
Last updated: 11 October 2026
This policy describes how PacketPoint (“the game”), published by Ethan Classen (“we”), handles information when you play on Android through Google Play, and when you visit playpacketpoint.com. Package name: com.packetpoint.game.
Information that stays on your device
The game stores a local profile and settings on your device. That includes the operator name you choose, match stats, level, loadout, cosmetic wardrobe, the soft currency called BITS, and options such as volume, controls, and graphics. This information is not sent to us. Uninstalling the game, or clearing its storage, deletes it.
Purchases
Optional cosmetic packs are sold through Google Play Billing. Google processes the payment under Google’s own terms. We do not receive your card number, bank details, or Google account password. The game asks Google Play which packs your account already owns so it can unlock those cosmetics on the device. Ownership is restored from Google Play if you reinstall the game.
BITS are earned by playing and spent on cosmetics inside the game. BITS have no cash value and are not sent to us.
This website
playpacketpoint.com is a static showcase. It does not ask you to create an account, and it does not set analytics or advertising cookies. Your browser still talks to the host that serves the pages (Vercel) and to Google Fonts, which provides the typefaces. Those services receive the usual connection data, such as an IP address, under their own policies.
What we do not do
- We do not require an account or sign-in.
- We do not show ads.
- We do not use analytics, advertising identifiers, or crash-reporting services in the game.
- We do not collect location, contacts, photos, microphone audio, or health data.
- We do not sell or share personal information.
The Android package requests internet access so Google Play Billing can reach Google Play. Online multiplayer is not available in this version.
Children
PacketPoint is a stylized shooter and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes
